Why Your Coaching Clients Don't Do The Work

It's usually not motivation, and more mindset coaching can actually make it worse.

Bring one stuck client. Leave knowing why they're stuck.

"They nod at all the right moments.
And by Wednesday,
they've done nothing."

You know the client. Great session, clear plan, real agreement. Then the week happens and nothing moves.

So the labels come out:

procrastinatorimposterself-sabotaginglazyresistantdoesn't want it enough

And the fix is usually more mindset work. Sometimes that's exactly right. But for a lot of clients it isn't, and pushing harder on mindset makes them feel more stuck, not less.

This workshop shows you how to tell the difference in about 30 seconds.

1hour with you
167hours with their environment

You coach one hour.
Their life coaches the other 167.

Motivation is a matchstick: bright, then gone. What actually drives behaviour is what a client's week rewards them for. Map the actions, not the labels, and the stuck point usually shows itself.

You'll run the Behaviour X-Ray, live

Three yes/no questions about one real client. Everyone in the room does it, no worksheets, no homework. You type one number in the chat and you'll know where they're stuck.

Do they understand what to do?

If not, it's a clarity problem.

Could they do it if their life depended on it?

If not, it's a skill problem, and mindset work won't fix it.

Yes to both, and still not doing it?

Then something else is going on, and this is where we'll find what their landscape is paying them to NOT act.

I'll map one person's client live, so you can see the whole process start to finish.

The hour

  • 0:00Name your stuck client
  • 0:05The Wednesday problem
  • 0:10The 167-hour idea
  • 0:20Behaviour X-Ray: everyone runs it
  • 0:30One live client map
  • 0:45How to work with me
  • 0:50Q&A

Is this for you?

  • You coach paying clients, in any niche
  • You've got at least one client who agrees in session and stalls between them
  • You suspect "more mindset" isn't the answer for everyone
  • Not for you if you haven't started coaching yet

Questions

Is it really free?

Yes. At the end I'll mention one way to work with me. No hard sell, and you'll have everything you need without it.

Will there be a replay?

For all Premium members of REWIRE - inside the community

Do I need to prepare anything?

Just think of one client who agreed to something last session and hasn't done it. First names only, nothing confidential.

I'm a mindset coach. Is this an attack on what I do?

Not at all. Mindset work is the right tool for all of us sometimes, this is about those other situations. This is about spotting those, so you use it where it works.

Where does it happen?

Online. The joining link arrives in your confirmation email.
